Step 3: Order is Ready / Delivery

We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready or out for delivery.

Orders are ready for pickup or local delivery within 48 hours of confirmation.

Pickup: By appointment only at our kitchen location (Licensed Commercial Kitchen, 176A S Van Brunt St, Englewood, NJ 07631 US).

Delivery: Available locally. Delivery fees may vary by distance.

Step 4: Cook & Enjoy!

Store your items in the freezer until ready to use.

When you’re ready to eat, cook according to the provided instructions and enjoy a delicious, homemade-style meal with minimal effort.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photos to evaluate the issue. When appropriate, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation has begun.
