🍳 Cooking Instructions
    • πŸ₯£ Boiling (Recommended Method) - Bring 6–8 cups of salted water to a boil (optional: add bay leaf and peppercorns). Add frozen pelmeni, stir, and cook for 5–7 minutes after they float. Drain and serve hot.

    • 🍳 Pan-Frying - Boil frozen pelmeni in salted water for 2–3 minutes, then drain well. Pan-fry in oil or butter over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
